Martin Younts

Martin K. Younts, CEO/Founder of First Advantage Consulting Firm, LLC, is committed to providing the best services, both in quality and in cost, to all the clients of FACF. Throughout his 30 plus year career, Younts has worked in both the Private and Federal sectors. He has guided companies through their re-engineering processes and has helped identify and resolve company issues in marketing, absenteeism, scrap-page, and time management, to name a few.

Younts has a BS in Management and is HR certified. He has over 30,000 hours of training in business and training the military in aircraft weapon systems and general aircraft systems. Younts is also a U.S. Navy veteran and a Vietnam Era Veteran. As a Technical Adviser, he has been deployed to Iraq, Kuwait, and Afghanistan. While in theater, he is the equivalent of Lieutenant Cornell. For his dedication and commitment to this Great County, he has received medals of Honor for his Outstanding Service and Dedication. On August 11, 2003, Younts was awarded by the Department of the Navy, United States Marine Corps, “Commendation for Meritorious Civilian Service,” one of the highest honors given to a Civilian equivalent to the “Bronze Star.” On September 10, 2009, he was awarded “The Secretary of Defense Medal for the Global War on Terrorism” for his technical assistance, expertise, and participation during the War on Terror.

Diana Younts

Diana Younts is a subject matter expert on labor issues and equal opportunity. She has a B.A. in Behavior Sciences, a certificate in mediation. Younts is a member of the Atlanta Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM), Cobb Chamber of Commerce and serves on the Board of the Vision Rehabilitation Services of Georgia.

After 27 years working in different Departments/Agencies and areas of the Federal Government, she retired from the United States Department of Labor Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs in July 2011. As a US DOL auditor/investigator with Office of Contract Compliance Programs (US DOL OFCCP), her duties included auditing affirmative action plans and conducting investigations of alleged discrimination.
