Affirmative Action in Employment
Affirmative Action employment is a regulation that forbids employers to discriminate against individuals because of their race, color, religion, sex, or national origin in decisions regarding hiring, firing, compensation, or other forms of employment.
By complying with the laws a company’s workforce will have diversity and provide a best-in-practice organization. This is accomplished by having an Affirmative Action Plan that is created by seasoned professionals. FACF is comprised of all former OFCCP Sr. Compliance Officers with over 110 years of experience and expertise.
